Vasundhara Group is a complete fraud. Its owner Sudhir Singh, along with his brother Sandeep Singh and some accomplices like Sarika, Shashank, and Afzal Kirmani, are the main members of this gang. They operate in Lucknow, setting up fake real estate companies to con people from all over Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. They lure people with promises of cheap plots or easy installment plans, but no one has ever received a plot. They have bogus sites at places like Sultanpur Road, Har Jeej Wali, New Jail Road, and Mohanlalganj. They even forge registries, even though the land isn’t in their name. This scam has swindled thousands of crores in Lucknow. But with political backing from the ruling BJP party, no one can touch them. Even the Vibhuti Khand police station is in cahoots with them, so FIRs against them are not filed promptly.
