Today, we performed house warming ceremony after giving two clear notice to the customer service department, Even though the customer service people promised water and electricity facility they have not provided even a drop of water. When requested for water facility they are not able provide water, When we escalate this to project in charge Mr, Janakiraman he categorically stated that no builder will provide water and it is duty of customer to make their own arrangements (He neither knows the practice prevailing nor their own promise- Poor management posted him as site in charge )
He further enlighten us that the we have done a mistake in purchasing the flat with out knowing the real attitude and colour of VGN, i.e., . that VGN never cares for their customer, quality and service but very particular only in extracting money. Thanks to Mr.Janakiraman for letting us know the true colour of VGN.
