Extremely Poor Service record by VGN developers

Am one of the customers to VGN. Me and 750 others who booked at VGN are extremely disappointed due to the quality of VGN. Here are the issues:-




  1. Handing over delayed by 1.5 years




  2. Did not bother to settle us for the delayed handover




  3. NO ELECTRICITY AND NO WATER while handing over




  4. EB Card, Property tax, Sewage tax card - nothing has been handed over to the customers even after 1 year of handing over the apartment.




  5. Very poor customer care.




  6. They advertise well, but serve very badly.




  7. We tried meeting the MD for all the false commitments in the project. You are never allowed to meet.




  8. you will be left with only choice of going legally against them for all the hard earned money that you invested with them.






Please be very careful if you are investing at VGN.

Dear SirWe deeply regret the inconvenience caused at your end, please be assured that all necessary steps would be taken at our end to ensure that such incidents are not repeated. Electricity and water is provided at Brixton project and the delay is only because of TNEB approvals. Infact there is an association which is formed at VGN brixton and they are in touch with MD and closely monitoring the updates from VGN developers towards the project.
