Not a professional service provider nor dont know how to build a home.He constructed my house, now everywhere there are so many cracks and damages in my house. I spend what he quoted but now everything I need to run behind another contractor to work on my project.so, remember he will close the relationship once the project is completed. So you cannot go back to him to ask for services.
I got feedback from my neighbors, he mixed the dust instead of Msand or River sand to build my house.he save the cost but collect it from you .he will run behind the projects and earn money. if he comes back I will ask him to do the repair works and make it clean .and provide the damage costs
