Never buy any flats in Vijay Shanthi constructions. With so much dreams, taking loan I bought my first apartment in Vijay Shanthi Lotus pond in 2010 and till today I regret the decision. Bunch of jokers who have absolutely no clue of what they doing and trust me this could be the worst construction company in the whole world.
Everyone has problem only till the flat gets completed but with these guys it was a tug of war for them to hand over and they have made a mess of the whole apartment with their maintenance and ill mannered management team. You guys should shut shop go and bloody sit at home than playing around with people’s hard earned money and emotions.
Bunch of absolute lunatic bloody idiots. there is no other word for this company.
