You ask about the prices and you get a bargain. To them every new project is one better than the previous one. By the end of the meeting you definitely want to consider their project as a prospective buy.
Then, you DO make that commitment and put in your hard earned money towards your dream home only to realize that it is the biggest mistake you have made. Welcome to the club. From shoddy construction to deviation from plans. You name it, they have it. They expect you to compromise on quality of materials and time.
