Friends this builder Mr Vivek chaturvedi is really a smart guy with some guts . 8 years before no one knows this builder but now he is a known one. His customer service is better then other builders I have faced but in some aspects he is not so good. The biggest problem is staff courtsey his staff is sort of not professional they behave like from village . His biggest achievment in my view is that he keepa his promise he always handover the flat on time .
