They pose as if they have high demand on their plots and try to scam atleast the booking amount from you initially.
If you fall to their trap and pay the booking amount, consider that this money is gone. First of all, they don’t have clear ownership of the land, they just try to get as much money as possible from innocent buyers and later scam them.
Avoid this like plague. I lost money to them too, I’m planning to take them on legally.
