Even we are facing the same issue from virtue infra pvt Ltd......We had booked a plot in their project near Sompura gate nice road.....Due to the negative legal opinion we had decided not to proceed further and initiated refund process of RS. 1 lakh of our advance amount paid at the time of booking the plot.....But it’s been 6 months chasing them back and forth, we haven’t received our money back
