Never buy from this builder. They are cheats. No after sales support. Sold us an apartment and on hand over date when giving the keys informed us that the project did not have drinking water. The bore wells did not yield water. We lost all sleep over it.
They promised to dig 2 more deeper bore wells but did not keep their promise. Construction quality was very average. The quality of wood used in doors and frames are so low that they have already started to deteriorate within 3 months.
Our newly formed association fools did not sue this builder and let him go. They don’t even care to answer our calls anymore or showed pity to us. Worst customer respect and service. Don’t see their IT parks and get cheated. Better big players with reliable customer satisfaction are available. Please research and take decision.
