One of our family member was in search of buying a residential plot within the city.
At that time we came across Vishwak Properties, Chennai who are putting up a lay out near Chennai that is in East Tambaram. We had an opportunity to meet them and my experience with them is as follows:
They have got a good office with decent people to answer the queries of budding buyers.
They are putting up a Gated Community Plots called Thirumal Nagar near East Tambaram which is a flourishing area surrounded by schools, colleges and MNCs.
The total area is around 8 acres with 159 plots of varying sizes are beautifully designed and just 10 minutes away from Tambaram.
This particular location will fetch a good rental income since the prestigious Air Force Station Tambaram is situated nearby and the want of house in this area is very good.
The field staff are very talented and deal with the customers with utmost courtesy.
Overall Vishwak Properties are providing very good residential plots very near to Chennai and it is time to grab it.
