I just moved in my flat in Chourasia Manor Phase 2. It has been nice feeling at above par quality of build and prompt attention from VKC team.
Location of the properties, mostly all sites near ORR is a plus for VKC Developers.
Certain things did need bit more professional hands, but affordable price tag is the most attractive factor.
When Reality sector is bearish, delivering good quality homes is certainly commendable for VKC team.
