I have seen so many builders promising so many things to the customers, but after customers buying an apartment, they won’t provide any kind of proper maintenance. And when I see my builders doing such a great maintenance, I couldn’t even believe that. Once I have a problem with one of my tap in bathroom, I have just called the maintenance people and they have repaired that within an hour of time. Like there are so many things they help us. This is what says a true builder even after a sale. They deserve what they are.
