Do not trust these builders because they no intention of making the property. All they want is to take your money and elope with it.
The builders need to invest a lot in the some of the residential land areas so as to reinforce the establishment and development of smart cities which is one of the future scopes. There is also a huge build up for different commercial realty based sectors.
The staff does not answer the questions that are put forth to them well and this caused us to doubt their professionalism.
This place is built close to the railway station and there is so much noise at this place that we do not get peace of mind at all.
We have just moved into this building and we do not have water supply or electricity and they still make us pay maintenance charges! This is a huge issue that I have with them! Also, the maintenance charges are really high!
