Don’t invest in leisure town. It’s so much noisy place, if someone is talking below the building and you are even inside your home above 4/5 floor and all windows and doors are closed. You can hear them easily. Means you can’t sit peacefully inside your home also...and mostly Saturday and Sunday full day ...so if you are searching a peaceful place to leave then don’t buy your place here
