I had booked a plot here and then cancelled it, call it my fortune. It is situated in Bomnasandra Jigani link road just after the Biocon and next to a lake which is surrounded by all manufacturing units who let their outflow into the lake. Sales people give all the docs of the lake test and reference of people who work in Biocon only to satisfy your queries. Please visit the lake once it’s rains and visit in the evenings near Biocon then you will know the reality. Please don’t get carried away by the false promises and hopes given. It also has few plots with legal queries unanswered. I had to shift plots multiple times and finally gave up being the above also as a reason. Club house is forever getting constructed since 2016 and the price for this is a joke at 2499 and then at 2999 when I booked and god knows what’s the price now. Head weighed people with attitude to sky.
