I have an apartment at Xrbia - Hinjewadi Pune(D6, 2 BHK) and have taken conditional possession last month.
There’s a big leakage in the master bedroom. I was promised that it will be fixed in 1 weeks’ time. It’s more than a month and there’s no progress.
I tried to call several times, but there no response. Either the guys do not pick the call or just say that they will work on it or the engineer will visit the apartment today.
Not sure, such a big township and they say it’s only one engineer who looks/takes care about it.
My hard earned money is at the stake. All the payments were done on time also had to pay GST due to Xrbia’s team’s mistake and delayed possession.
Please do not plan to buy flats with them, they will cheat and once the money is received they will not even entertain.
