Stay away from Youth Builders - Tbm Sanatorium / Chitlapakkam.
Cheap and very low quality construction materials( All that glitters is not gold) .
Delayed delivery.
Initially customers will be treated well but towards the end they will behave like a Rogue.
Excessive additional charges for any work.
Ceiling would be uneven.
Customers will be looted and total fraud in every aspects.
Better stay away from this builder and Dont involve yourselves in to deep trouble.
Its an open challenge to everyone in favour of Youth Builders, Chitlapakkam.
Youth Builders current office located @ Meenakshi Street, Tbm Sanatorium is misused against the CMDA approval. CMDA approval is obtained for residential purpose but it is used for commercial( Office) purpose which is totally against the law.
How do you expect the flat construction by Youth Builders is good in all aspects( Both Legally as well as Quality wise) .
It is better to stay away from these kind of builders after all it is your hard earned money.
