Dont value 13 year old customer

I have taken 3 loan was personal and 2 closed and 1 is open but they do not want to give others loan whele 4 emi is there but no value for this.This is painful for me because no emi was bounced

The executives seems to be much eager and will call you 10 times a day till you pay processing fee, then they will not answer. These banks are making huge profits in the name this so called processing...
