Do not ever buy their products, bad quality, really bad after sales, pathetic outsourced service centres, specially Vaishnavi service centre noida. IFB claim that their convection microwave oven can bake and grill, but it is to make fool of customers. It is only a box to heat water. They have outsourced their after sales service to a bunch of disgusting people who call themselves a service centre. Who have literally untrained technician specially noida service centre(Vaishnavi service centre). Its owner is highly unprofessional person with no respect for the customers and no knowledge of his work. He is not able to manage the service centre. The company has really disappointed us by their services and even after complaining to their area manager no actions are taken. The company is taking customers for granted and doesn’t care about their inconvenience or their reviews about their service centre.
