Pathetic product and service from Eureka Forbes

I purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes in Nov 2013 and since then having issues with the product and the service. The product is Eureka Forbes Geneus water purifier. Every other month it breaks down and the chasing the service guys to get it fixed is a nightmare.


They have very little knowledge of the product and do a very shabby job when servicing it. Reaching out to anyone responsible in the service department is next to impossible due to the way they have structured themselves. You may find and reach God but not the representatives of Eureka Forbes.


In all a very bad experience with Eureka Forbes. Would have changed it earlier but for the fact that it is an expensive piece of equipment. I think the policy of EF is to sell their products and then let the customer suffer - who cares.
