I expected the customer service to call me for fitting it but they didn’t.
After 2 days after delivery, I rang up the Bangalore customer care, who promised to make arrangements. However, I didn’t receive any callback for next 3-4 days.
After repeated calls in next 2 weeks, some one arrived and fitted. Right from the start, the product didn’t work longer than 10 mins.
I made repeated calls to customer care in next 2 weeks, who didn’t attend the matter and gave excuses everytime I called. I had plans to buy and recommend, as price and reviews looked good. I have a feeling that some of the good reviews may be paid ones. DO NOT BUY this product. This is utter nonsense and unacceptable. I need immediate resolution. Also, the AC is not fitting properly and I am not sure if that is due to poor installation or problem with the unit. My house and walls are entirely in mess with unprofessional installation process and missing parts.
