I bought this TV in 2015 and since then I have faced nothing but trouble. The display dimmed twice during warranty and the Service Center guy just did a software upgrade and REFUSED to change the motherboard stating that it is fine. Now out of Warranty and still same issue, the same people are telling me the motherboard has gone bad for the same issue.
This TV has no mention when it comes to support. Neither the Model or Serial number is found on their website. So I conclude Toshiba is FRAUD!
Please do not buy, they are going to make you suffer and curse the day you decided to buy the TV.
Hopefully if we stoip buying their products, eventually they have to shut shop in India and we will be saved from their treachery.
