I booked a flat in 2010 in BPTP project in sector-37D, Gurugram(Gurgaon) and paid over 95% of the flat price. Till date in 2025 they didn’t delivered my flat.
BBA of BPTP is completely one sided in favor of BPTP.
At the end they increased the price of the flat by 40%-50% in the name of "escalation cost, increased super area etc. etc."
And now harassing me for the last so many years in the legal case.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BPTP. IN RETURN YOU WILL GET TRAPPED LIKE ME.
STAY AWAY FROM BPTP.
