I have purchased JBL TOUR ONE headphone model. Within two months of time, soft lining on ear buds and head band started peeling off. It looks ugly and lost the look. I was not able to carry the headphone outside and kept disappointed. After few months noise cancellation was not working and called customer care service. But no proper response received . Being a global brand, I never expected such a poor service. I don’t recommend JBL. AS I BROKE MY HEADPHONE AND THROWN INTO DUSTBIN.
