This product was genuinely badd
Actually this product was a piece of crap... The door hinge broke like a toy piece in just some time after purchase and before that it used to make very loud noises while functioning.
Customer Service
BPL’s customer service is miserable, they kept saying a technician will contact you for 2 months anc when that person finally came he tried charging me 6000 Rs for the door and tried to make multiple visits so that he could charge me separately for each one.
Then he claimed that it would be better if I’d purchase a second hand one from some other company that he’d been vouching for since the beginning..
