I bought a air purifier one week back(22nd July 2015). The new unit did not power up, they have shipped a defective one. I filed a complaint the same day, so far no one has responded so far. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad(we will respond in 24 hrs, every time you make a call).
Eureka forbes is horrible, the money back guarantee(30-day) is a false promise, way to cheat people. I plan to take them to consumer court.
