I had purchased this product from Amazon roughly 5 months back. Earlier I was using prestige induction cooker and had never faced problems during its life time. The pigeon induction display controls are of very low quality. For me its push buttons had stopped working just after 2 months of its usage. Thier customer care assured me to replace it but later stopped responding to my emails. I had wasted around 2 months chatting with them with no productive response and action.
Also, thier induction cooker everytime displays E0 message for no reason when it is plugged in and after around 5 mins automatically turns off.
I did not expect such faulty product and terrible customer service from Pigeon. Pigeon being the big brand should take the responsibility and help out customers to resolve thier queries.
People should boycott them and teach them a lesson
