I keep getting emails saying "Oh, your order is being processed" or "Oh, we’re experiencing high demand." High demand my foot! They probably just lost my stuff. And their customer service is useless. I tried calling, and waited on hold for an hour, then got disconnected. Emailed them, and got some generic response that didn’t even address my specific issue. tell everyone I know to avoid this garbage app like the plague. Never again!
