Ridiculous Classification of customers as Non Genuine and Fake
I have purchased more than 3 pairs of lens spectacles and many frames from Titan Eyeplus .
Recently,
I have bought a frame and lens and it got broken immediately after few uses.
I have raised the issue.
Sales person was helpful but when he raised the issue, the most supposedly Award winning performers choose to classify the customer as Fake and Non Genuine.
I have read their email and it said, its due to handling defect and not their fault and addressed me as Non Genuine and Fake.
Someone named as Karthikarajan urgently closed this case maybe to impress his managers and called me Non Genuine. To him let me tell my Genunity
1) As an ex CaratLane - A Tanishq Partnership employee i helped out the web version of Titan Eye Plus team in launching products. Do a background check if you need.
2) I have been purchasing products from Titan eye plus for more than the service you have done
3) Check my Titan eye plus points incase you have doubt about my Genuinity.
You may delete the email, but need maybe I will recover it if you choose to go via legal option and i have already talked to my advisor on this.

I wont ever buy from you nor i would recommend your products.
P.S. They term everything as handling defect thats their quarter business goals to win award winning sales performer of the year.
