I called Midea Support on Dec. 20, 2018 and reported about the washing machine not working and motor is spoiled. They only send the technician to come on Dec. 26. Acoording to them them they need to replace the motor by Thursday. I have waited for thursday and followed up and they said the parts is still not available and will be replaced on Friday. I followed up again on Friday and the parts still not available. I have called on Saturday and Monday Dec. 31 and they are saying the same responsed. I am very frustrated about this experience. Courts Singapore where I bought the product cannot do anything about it because the washer was under manufacturer warranty.
I bought the Washing machine on Feb. 2018. After a week of use they replace it with a new unit. After 10 months of use, the motor is not working and the customer service is very bad. Please do not buy Midea washer if you do not want your life to become miserable.
Please note that I have 3 kids and two weeks no washing machine is hell for us.
