I recently visited Wonderla Bangalore with my family, and I feel compelled to share this feedback to help others choose this place wisely. Please don’t judge by the name alone; you’ll regret it if you go here.
- Let’s talk about the food: they’re charging Rs. 270 for veg pulao, while it’s available outside for Rs. 50 to 60. And the quality is subpar. When I requested only fried rice, they refused, insisting on costly combos. I ended up paying Rs. 390, including an extra charge for Pepsi, which cost me around Rs. 90. Everything else is overpriced too, making it unaffordable for middle-class and other sections of people. Plus, the wait time for food is 30 to 40 minutes – unacceptable!
- Locker charges: who charges Rs. 300? Aren’t ticket prices enough to make money?
- Rides: Most have a waiting time of 60 to 90 minutes. Are you willing to wait that long?
- It’s overcrowded everywhere, making it impossible to enjoy anything. They should have a limit on visitors instead of just focusing on making money.
- Lack of management: Chaos reigns, and they don’t seem to care about improving.
I wasted my time and money here, only to return utterly disappointed. 6 to 7 months ago, I visited GRS Mysore Amusement Park, which was worth every penny. Save yourself the trouble and explore other places in Bangalore, maybe opt for day outing resorts. You’ll have a better time with family and friends.
Wonderla, think about the common people. You’re already making money with entry fees; don’t nickel-and-dime us everywhere.
