I disconnected their service within 2 months after getting the connection. One small complaint to replace the remote could not be resolved by them. Later on I got to know that sundirect is offering better service at a much more cheaper price. I immediately disconnected videocon and took sundirect and am pretty happy with their service as well. Now every month on the date of recharge I get around 100 calls from videocon and pretty much disconnect all the calls and blacklist the numbers. Even then I keep getting calls from different numbers and has become a big harrassment. They are interested only in money. They are not even bothered if you are using the service or not. Taking videocon was one of the biggest mistakes in my life and I am repenting for it. I hope they go bankrupt soon. That’s the only way for the resolution of my problems.
