Please don’t buy Tata Play. They are charging you for anything they want and say that we the customer has given them the authority.
These people have activated Tata Play Binge of Rs. 199. I don’t know whom they called and they are saying that we only said them to activate. We didn’t receive any call from their and never told them to activate any services.
I just paid 350 rs of monthly charges they deducted 199 rs from the monthly charges and since 24th September they deactivated my account.
After so many explanations so many escalations they haven’t helped me. They are completely lying and not refunding back the money. Completely hoax, fraudulent services.
Very very unhappy and will suggest more and more people to not to buy Tata Play.
