Very bad experience with customer service of Haier refrigerator. The refrigerator is just 2 years old and the freezer stopped working.Firstly their customer service personnel on the IVRs are very rude and they just keep saying increase the temperature setting. You have to convince them to actually send a technician to see what the problem is.The technicians arrive after a day or two, but they don’t seem to know much.They said gas has finished and it needs to be filled at an extra cost. Then the gas technician does not arrive for a few days.All the while you are constantly calling their customer service and they keep giving you time lines like 24-48 hours. Then after filling gas, one month later, the same problem happens.This time first technician comes and says fan is closed opens it and says problem will be solved.But nothing happens.Them when you report that, they again say gas problem. This is unheard of.....gas needing to be filled in a fridge within one month. And then if weekend comes, then they say wait for 2 days, they will send technician on Monday.Like that one week goes by.
Terrible customer service and looks like terrible product too.
