Firstly I would like to make all people aware of this unethical company in the name of HINDWARE. Do Not buy HINDWARE Products because after sale service is pathetic.
I was delivered defective leakage WC which was because of manufacturing issue. Company technician came and filmed my issue and accepted it was companys fault. Then ever after 10 days of making replacement complaint no action has been taken.
Today I got a call from person named Sunil saini Mobile No 895000xxxx to collect the replacement WC from his Godown. The attitude of this person was very unprofessional & rude. The complay should feel sorry for the defective product instead of apology they are harrassing customer to collect from their place. I have already spend on cartage and installation, why should I again spend as no fault of mine. Very soon I going to file a formal complaint in the consumer forum against the unethica/unprofessional attitude
of the company. Morally they should deliver and get it installed also as it was companys fault.
Pls Dont buy Hindware Brand totally disappointed with this brand and I am not going to purchase any of the HINDWARE products.
