I purchased a 10 litre Jaguar water heater and found no wall mounting accessories provided. When contacted customer care I was asked to speak to a SENIOR. The senior was totally incompetent and hopelessly poor in providing any information. It’s a bad experience and would warn customers to avoid such equipment if you have to deal with absolutely pathetic services.
