I will never recommend anyone to buy package from this co. They sale the product/ package with false promise and commitments and when we ask for those services they committed they give lame answers, hardly reply mails or avoid calls.
The person who sold me the package convinced me showing rosy pictures and now when he has left the company, no one is there to fulfill the commitments he did to me.
On the contrary they are talking quite rudely to customers, specially Ms. Bhawana chimnani.
She feels it’s her company and I am taking the service free of cost from them.
The staff and management is really hopeless. They keep wasting our time by sending us from one team to another but none of them promptly reply on matter.
I just ruin my money by buying their product.
All the time the rooms they provide are more expensive to us then market rate. I raised that query to Ms.bhawana she is telling it is not my problem, and then she is asking me to go and talk to ankit who sold you product, who has left the company.
They give such non sense answers, hardly have sense to talk to their valuable customers ?? ??
Very much annoyed with their answers and behavior.
