We write this review with very deep regret that the Service request No. 2403216964/01 dated 27.03.2024 is still pending, I had already informed to CG by email and by phone that your service engineer had attended the call on 28th March 2024 and just after inspection took the happy code and closed the complaint, there after received a message that this request number has been cancelled, the service engineer Mr. Manoj (858691xxxx) said within 10 days the new geyser will be replaced but nothing has happened yet.
I requested to Mr. Chander Sharma (ASM) in Ghaziabad (965419xxxx) and got the assurance that it will be replaced soon as the same model is not available in the stock, actually in hot summer we really don’t need the geyser so allowed them 4-5 months, but now when we started, it was leaking as earlier, I make the video and forwarded to them. But no action has been taken yet, If any mishap happened dueto leaking geysers, the Crompton will be responsible for that.
Strongly recommend that please Don’t buy any product of Crompton.
