It is all about my journey from Delhi to chandigarh. I booked seat with nue go, reached bus stand at 4:30 as departure time was 4:30 , when I didn’t see the bus then I called driver at first he didn’t show up but then answered I asked Where’s the bus as I am at platform 1-2, he just replied that we have departured and are on the road, I said him that I could see your bus it’s not far away just exiting the station but he didn’t even bother to reply and cut the call.
I called customer care service but nothing happened as they blamed me that " why did you not take the bus if you were at bus stand ( kashmeeri gate).
And my seat was not even cancelled it seemed like they have given the seat to someone else, as I was receiving all the details and how shame on then that they even contacted me for ratings and reviews. I am never gonna travel through this bus again. Then I had to took ordinary bus even I have paid around 500 to mue go .Shame on you guys for having such a poor services for customers.
