Even, I have bought a 125 sq ft studio in FTP Mohali in august 2006. They are supposed to give possession in may 2010, but still nothing. I am living in Delhi and its not so possible to get the status and feed back on this and go on site(mohali). Can someone please tell em update of this project and how to proceed for refund from them? I have not got the penalty amount also as well as there is no sign of any possession till now, going to be around 1 + 1/2 yrs after the possession date.
Seems, FTP officials are using our money for there personal need and not repaying amount(neither penalty and nor buyback). They don’t even pick-up the phone.Already rate is revised in that area , approximately 10k per sqft. But what are we getting.They have got there money from Accord group but not paying to us.
Let’s come together and join this group who are also facing the similar problem like me.
