I was excited to purchase a Calvin klein bag but the quality was letdown. The leather felt cheap and the stitching began to unravel within a few months. For the price I expected a better quality but I got disappointed with this. Calvin klein bags seems to marketed as a very high end product but in reality they don’t justify the high price. The designs is also very basic and the material used seems not so durable. I feel like I paid so much for the bag that couldn’t hold up. It stared showing wear and tear within month of using. I had an issue with Calvin klein bags so I reached out its customer service for help. But they failed to respond me and they were unhelpful that makes my experience so frustrating. I will never go with this brand any more.
