My sister was working as a teacher in Colours Indian School. They used to treat all the teachers as slaves. The school management focus only on money. The quality of education is very poor as the management do not provide even printed question paper, enough number of additional sheets. Science lab, Computer lab and library are not even used by the students. Management forces the teachers to make reels for Social Media posts rather than real teaching. Including my sister there are many teachers who did not get their original certificates from the school and director Sumitha and Vice principal Meena are demanding for lots of money to issue the teachers certificates. Many teacher’s life are in danger because of this. Many students are struggling to get their TC. For each and everything the management wants money. Do not judge the school by their social media posts. All those activities are done only once for making reel. Teachers leave the school in between the academic year only because of their bad management. My sister is highly stressed now. Avoid admitting your child in this school and teachers avoid joining in this school. The management will play with your certificates and the school will never pay full salary. Teachers have no separate rest room. The teachers have to use only students rest room. I heard that the Principal also left the school because of the management’s bad administration. Last week, more than 15 teachers submitted their resignation. Nobody wants to continue with this management and nobody can survive with this worst management. I will gather more points from my sister and post for saving others. Last year’s 2022-2023 10th standard students have not shown interest to join XI standard here in Colours Indian School.
