POOR SERVICE !!!

Hello guys, today I am sharing my experience with IFB industries. I have purchased a new IFB microwave convection 25 SCI on July 2017 and I requested a installation cum demo session at my home by ifb service manager On my request on ticket no 2000034972 then engineer came to home and after inspection of product, engineer confirmed that my new ifb microwave has some UN-repairable defect and it will be replaced by company in 3 working days. I asked service manager for documentation and give me a receipt for further action then service manager confirmed that no documentation is required for this I will do it and then he left my house with the microwave and then after 3 days I didn’t get microwave and after so many complaints and requests I got my microwave after 17 days. It was a very long time for me to hold on for my purchased product .The service and support is not good as I was expecting from them .The product is good in style and design. it is not very handy and durable .
