I have been using Panasonic ac for 4years and have not been disappointed like this before.
In terms of service or performance of ac is good however the customer service team is horrible. They have severe language difficulties to understand what we are saying and to make things work. Today I have booked a maintenance service from Panasonic customer care and they have updated my fathers number as registered number. We have updated this registered number long back as my number but my father started receiving calls from engineer.
We have tried to change the number by calling customer service team however they are adamant to do so stating we have booked calls from my fathers number. When we asked to speak to a senior member they refused to transfer the call as well.
These sort of people dont deserve to be in customer service to help people, please sack them
