It was good at the beginning but as it was used its buttons stop working. Most of the buttons dont work. Out of 25 only 18 are working. The shaft melted down while we used grill option. Like we can’t accept it to melt down. Ridiculous. Actually i don’t suggest anyone to buy this cause it is a headache right now. Not accepting it at all. N its not even a year we bought this microwave.
