Worst quality of service. They are unable to reply and resolve any ticket. Even they close the ticket as per their convenience, without resolving them. No proper support or reply from their support team. They collect shipment from you, deduct the charge & transfer straight away to the RTO without sending the parcel to the destination/customer(we faced the same without lots of shipments). They also charge for excess weight falsely. Their relationship manager also don’t receive the call to address any ongoing issues related to their service(call log attached). Finally, I would like to conclude that their service is pathetic.
