An IFB Microwave Oven model no.- 30 SC4 was purchased by us for which warranty period is over and now we added 2 years AMC and paid 2185 against cheque.One and a half months before, there was an issue with Oven wherein power gets triggered once in 2 mins. and Oven doesnt work after that.We logged a complaint and they sent a representative who has been telling one or the other issues with the Oven.Nothing has been rectified and he has taken the unit to the service centre and informed that it will be returned to us within 5-7 days. We have been calling him and he is postponing the delivery by giving stupid reasons.Either we need the issue to be fixed immediately or we need need the money back. We need an immediate solution or would take this into consumer forum.
