Had a bus booked from Delhi to Chandigarh, timing was 3:30pm, reached platform at 3:30, saw bus leaving, called conductor, he refused to stop, then took an auto to chase the bus and requested conductor to stop at Majnu ka tila he refused again. Then we have to come back to kashmirigate, booked under bus for another hefty amount. Now the customer care is unable to resolve saying we were not there at 3:30pm. Seriously so harasment it has caused us. Will never book this bus service again.
