Not that bad

I own a Bajaj pulsar ns160 and I will share my experience. first talk about showroom, the showroom is quiet clean but not that big. First, when I entered in showroom, a employee assist me. his nature and taking behaviour is good and he gave me every details that I want. I bought my bike at the time of dussehra and I got 5 years warrant. but my delivery experience is not great, they just gave you keys. there was no cake ceremony and looks like they have no interest and also in showroom there was many bikes missing like dominar, pulsar rs200, ns200, and colours of ns160.


i think they are very good till you booked your bike. Overall my experience is ok ok.


if I have to say something about bike service after sale, so its very bad experience, reception man’s behaviour is ok but he listen to me very late everytime. this service centre having 1-2 experience mechanic only. when ever I seviced my bike, they are not capable to resolve my problem. overall I am unsatisfied with bajaj, sehore servicing.
